HIS Neuro Nadi Tamhid Module is the learning material for our Basic Fundamentals of Quranic Recitation programme that contains 11 chapters. It emphasises the 6 core principles in mastering the Quranic recitation in which, students must be able to:

IDENTIFY 29 hijaiyyah letters and their pronunciations.

PRONOUNCE those letters when coupled with short vowel signs or harakaat (fathah, kasrah, dhommah).

RECITE hijaiyyah letters with double vowels or tanween.

RECOGNIZE long vowels or madd signs.
-
RECITE letters with the sukoon sign.
-
MASTER the double consonant or shaddah.
The Neuro Nadi Tamhid Module utilizes various teaching and recitation techniques for a better impact on mastering the basic Quranic recitation in a short time frame. Among the basic methods and techniques used is the Tapping Technique.
The Tapping Technique is found to be very useful in assisting students to achieve a recitation of a proper order and with no haste (tarteel) that gives due right to each hijaiyyah letters pronounced. Various other techniques are also applied in this Nadi Quranic Tamhid Module namely Rythmic Recitation Technique, Camel Bridge Technique and SAS (Structure, Analysis and Synthesis) Method.
To enable one to master the Quranic recitation in a short time frame, one must:

Have the intention of learning the Quran only for the sake of Allah S.W.T. Thus, Allah will facilitate one's endeavour towards the cause and even ease one's path to jannah.

Learn Quranic recitation with presence of the heart as this will expedite the process of mastering Quranic recitation.

Allocate enough time in learning the Quran and not just to fill up spare time.

Learn the Quran from a reliable teacher who is able to provide proper guidance in the ins and outs of Quranic recitation, for learning the Quran without a teacher is like learning from the devil (satan).
Upon completion of the Tamhid Module, students will receive a certificate of participation and will advance to the Tajweed Module.
